Vila do Bispo will build 29 homes at controlled costs

The project includes a building with three floors and a basement

There are 29 homes, between T1, T2 and T3, and the competition for the work should be opened by June this year. The Vila do Bispo City Council presented this Sunday, January 14th, the project for a housing building at controlled costs, in Senha do Amparo. 

The project includes a building with three floors and a basement.

«With an estimated value of five million euros, it is expected that the opening of the competition for the execution of the project will begin in the first half of 2024», says the Vila do Bispo City Council.

With an area of ​​3500m2, these 29 homes will be built under a controlled cost regime and are part of the collaboration agreement between the municipality of Vila do Bispo and the Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU), within the scope of the 1st Right – Support Program for Access to Housing, which aims to provide a housing response to 29 households.
