Paulo Serra opens new cycle of support for the arts with exhibition in Quarteira

Opening is scheduled for January 19th at 18pm

“The desire to make a bird” is the exhibition by Paulo Serra which, between January 19th and March 9th, marks the fourth programmatic cycle of the PAA – Arts Support Project, promoted by the Municipality of Loulé, and will be on display at Praça do Mar Art Gallery, in Quarteira.

Paulo Serra, born in Olhão, is an artist who works with drawing.

The act of drawing is a vital practice for the artist, a daily exercise, mostly self-referential. Get to know yourself, to better understand the ever-changing world. Design to be free.

The PAA – Arts Support Project, promoted by the Municipality of Loulé, is a program that supports production in the field of visual arts, extending to artists across the region, and has been an important tool for stimulating artistic creation in the Algarve territory.

Curated by Miguel Cheta, the exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 am to 00 pm and from 13 pm to 00 pm.

The opening is scheduled for the 19th at 18pm.
