«We wanted these boxers to feel proud to step on the ABC Lagoa stage and this was clearly achieved, as all teams guaranteed their presence in future editions of the tournament! Those who visited the Municipal Pavilion had difficulty containing their admiration and amazement at the scenery and the general quality of the event,” he adds.

The organization also thanks the Lagoa Chamber.

Along these lines, Luís Encarnação, president of the Chamber, explains that «it is part of the municipal sports development strategy to host major events, promoting sports tourism in the municipality… and the Lagoa Box Cup is a great event».
