The Chamber of Silves and the Casa do Povo of São Bartolomeu de Messines signed the protocol to promote the Silves Even Inclusive – E9G (SMI E9G) project, an initiative that will be developed until September 2026, within the scope of the 9th Generation of the Escolhas Program.
Escolhas, a program promoted under the authority of IPDJ – Instituto Português do Desporto e da Juventude «has the mission of promoting the inclusion and social integration of children and young people from contexts of greater socioeconomic vulnerability, within the scope of measures I (Education, Training and Employment) and II (Community Dynamization and Citizenship)", according to the Chamber of Silves.
Within the scope of the SMI E9G, the municipality will provide “spaces and municipal technical personnel to support the proposed objectives”.
