The XIX Moura Encantada – Festival of Female Tunas in the Algarve takes place on the 10th and 11th of November, in Faro.
On the 10th, at 22pm, there will be a night of serenades at the Algarve Regional Museum, with free entry.
The following day, at 21pm, there will be a tuna show at the Algarve Regional Conservatory.
Representing various regions of the country and also the Algarve region, we had the presence of four tunas in the competition: Encantatuna – Female Academic Tuna from the University of Beira Interior, TunaMaria – Female Tuna from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the New University of Lisbon, Tunassa – Female Tuna of the Instituto Superior de Agronomia e Legislatuna – Female Tuna of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto; and three extra-competition tunas: TUFES – Tuna Feminina Scalabitana from the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, Real Tuna Infantina – Mixed Academic Tuna from the University of Algarve and Versus Tuna – Academic Tuna from the University of Algarve.
