The “Guia Natal” program, which promises to sweeten and liven up the Christmas season in the parish of Guia, in the municipality of Albufeira, is back, between the 25th of November and the 7th of January.
The initiative includes a Christmas Market, Street Nativity Scene, lots of entertainment and entertainment especially for the youngest, but also exclusive gifts and Christmas delicacies.
One of the highlights will be the “Street Nativity Scene”. With its approximately 30 figures, this nativity scene, designed by sculptor Toin Adams, once again fills a route of more than 300 meters, stretching between the Main Church and the Hermitage of Nossa Senhora da Guia and showing several nativity scenes.
On the weekend of November 25th and 26th, the center of Guia comes to life with the Christmas Market, which offers a wide range of experiences for all tastes and age groups.
From lighting and Christmas decorations to entertainment, crafts, gastronomy, seasonal delicacies, inflatables, carousels, Santa's house or the Christmas train, the event provides an excellent opportunity for the whole family to get together.
For personalized and unique gifts, the Christmas Market has over 50 exhibitors! The gastronomy served with seasonal specialties will be brought by the parish associations.
Entry to the Natal Guide is free, as are all the entertainment available.
“Guia Natal” is an annual event organized by the Guia Parish Council with the support of the Municipality of Albufeira, Local Commerce and Parish Associations.
