Albufeira promotes itself in New York and Boston

With initiatives taking place next year

The Albufeira Promotion Agency (APAL) is scheduling two workshops for the next year aimed at the North American market, with actions taking place in the cities of Boston (May 14th) and New York (May 16th), including the presentation of the destination for several dozen operators, agencies and the press.

In a note, APAL reinforces that members interested in participating in this roadshow can also register, benefiting from special access conditions.

Travel by US residents abroad is distributed over the high season (July to September) with 27,4%, but mainly over the low season (January, February, March, November and December) with 36,4%, and the mid season , with 36,2%.

In relation to the Algarve and Albufeira in particular, the data shows that the number of overnight stays by tourists from the USA is already higher than those from Canada.
