“Show Your Natural Talent” is the “Casting Call” that W Algarve will organize, on the 15th of November, with recruitment for the 2024 season in mind.
In this recruitment event, the Algarve hotel not only wants to look for reinforcements for its team «but people who can do match with the irreverent identity of the W Hotels brand».
In this “casting” entitled “Show Your Natural Talent”, the hotel's Human Resources managers will showcase W Algarve's facilities and brand identity to a total of 45 candidates.
There will be several vacancies available for the most diverse departments of the hotel.
“We recognize that this is an unusual recruitment process, but as with everything the W Hotels brand is involved in, we aim to target who understands our message, our identity and who wants to join us by reviewing our approach to the segment in which we operate: luxury hotels. W Algarve asserts itself as an irreverent luxury hotel, which brings a new way of thinking about luxury hotels, and as such, it is essential for us that our employees, from the most different areas, understand our positioning and our purpose", says Lauro Andrade, human resources director at the hotel
This recruitment event is suitable for professionals in the restaurant and kitchen areas, front office, engineering, spa and cleaning, with the possibility of some contracts including accommodation and transport to the hotel.
The interviews will take place in two sessions, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
