The youth nucleus of the Vila Real de Santo António Chamber is organizing the fourth edition of the Youth Forum, which will take place at Escola António Aleixo, on October 27th, at 18 pm.
The Forum aims to «be an informal space for the discussion and exchange of ideas about the municipality's youth policies» and presents itself as «a tool for civic participation that prioritizes information, personal enrichment and the acquisition of knowledge».
Among the topics under discussion will be the presentation of the results of the votes on the Youth Participatory Budget, as well as the presentation of the VRSA Youth House and Skate Park project.
During the event, non-formal education methods will be used that focus on young people's opinions and encourage communication and creativity.
With these measures, the youth nucleus of the Vila Real de Santo António Chamber intends to encourage the «inclusion of young people in the municipality's associative movement, integrating them in the definition and development of a youth policy adapted to their needs».
During the forum, the youth center projects planned for next year will also be announced.
