The Algarve Football Association (AFA) and TrueClinic signed a partnership protocol that aims to enhance the cognitive performance and mental performance of athletes and sports agents.
The Behavioral Analysis & Development Platform, a tool that monitors and analyzes mental well-being, will be made available to AFA members, who, after completing a questionnaire, obtain a result using a color code.
Depending on the assessment, it is proposed to carry out an online follow-up consultation or in-office sessions and, in specific cases, the protocol provides for psychologists to go to the clubs.
The TrueHub platform, a TrueClinic brand, presents innovative technology in the field of mental health and enhances high performance in sports.

Protected athletes will always be winning athletes and mental health can never be forgotten», explains Miguel Gouveia de Brito, CEO of TrueClinic.
The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the organization that oversees football, futsal and beach football in the Algarve by Miguel Gouveia de Brito, CEO of TrueClinic, and Reinaldo Teixeira, president of the AFA Board.
