Albufeira: AFA broadcast brought the Mozambique-Angola game to 320 thousand people

Angola and Mozambique drew 1-1

The game between the National Teams A of Mozambique and Angola, organized by the Algarve Football Association (AFA) this Friday, October 13, at the Albufeira Municipal Stadium, was watched live by around 13.700 spectators, reaching, in just over 24 hours, to more than 320 thousand people after the end of the broadcast.

«In a match played behind closed doors, the broadcast carried out by AFA, in partnership with Sul Media, generated, during and after the meeting, close to 20 thousand reactions, more than 8 thousand comments and around 3.200 shares on Facebook», according to the AFA.

The match that served as preparation for the qualifying games for the 2026 World Cup was, with the collaboration of the Portuguese Football Federation, the first organization of the new AFA Events Department.

Angola and Mozambique drew 1-1 with goals being scored by Faisal Bangal (Mozambique) and Gelson Dala (Angola).
