NERA launches video that promotes the Algarve’s agri-food offer

«The video is a showcase of the region’s premium products»

Citrus fruits, honey, jams, salicornia and much more. NERA – Business Association of the Algarve Region launched a promotional video dedicated to the region's agri-food offer.

«The video is a showcase of the products premium of the region, reflecting the identity and quality of agri-food products. This is a tool that combines promotional and commercial aspects, with a focus on the excellence of Algarve products», says NERA.

The video promoting the Algarve’s agri-food and sea sector is now available. Here the protagonists are the producers and delicacies of the Algarve, combining quality, tradition, identity and innovation.

It is a four-minute production dubbed in three languages ​​[Portuguese, English and Spanish] and with the participation of 15 companies from the region. The range of offers gives rise to the slogan: “Taste Algarve”.

This film's menu includes endogenous resources such as citrus fruits, honey and jams, sweets and dried fruits. In the sea component, the emphasis is on salicornia and the “white gold” of the Algarve – salt and fleur de sel.

«In the innovation component, a highlight for carob with tablets, syrups and vegetable drinks. And finally, the Algarve wines, whose quality has gained greater relevance in recent years», says NERA.

This film, in addition to the promotional and commercial aspect, works as a support tool for the international actions of the Algarve Premium project, contributing to access to new foreign markets.

This is a project promoted by NERA – Business Association of the Algarve Region, Algarve Tourism Association and the Algarve Tourism Region co-financed by the CRESC Algarve2020 Operational Program.
