A workshop on “Nocturnal Moths and Butterflies” and a bird watching walk in the Sítio das Fontes Municipal Park. This is how the Câmara de Lagoa will mark, this Friday and Saturday, 15th and 16th September, International Ecology Day.
This is an international initiative «which aims to establish, in a unique way, the link between ecology and society, towards the construction of more sustainable human development», says the Câmara de Lagoa.
Both initiatives will be promoted by the “A Rocha” Association.
The nocturnal moths and butterflies workshop takes place this Friday, from 20:30 pm to 23 pm. Registrations can be made here
The walk will take place on Saturday, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, with registration here
