A 46-year-old man was arrested this Monday, September 18, for cocaine and heroin trafficking, in Armação de Pêra (Silves).
According to the GNR, during a patrol action, the military saw “a suspicious vehicle parked in a commercial parking lot”.
The occupants demonstrated “suspicious behavior” and, from the personal search and search of the vehicle, it was discovered that the driver had drugs in his possession.
In total, 530 doses of cocaine, 8400 doses of heroin and a vehicle were seized.
The detainee was constituted as a defendant and will be present today at the Silves Judicial Court for the application of coercive measures.
