The Portimão City Council announced yesterday that it had opened a tender for the public auction for the sale of real estate consisting of a rustic building located in Barranco do Rodrigo.
With a total area of 373.320 square meters, interested parties can consult the process on the municipality's portal, clicking here, and at the Municipal Heritage Management Office, of the Administrative Division, in the Paços do Concelho building, located at Praça 1.º de Maio, in Portimão, on weekdays, from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm and from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm.
Interested parties must submit proposals to city services by 17pm on October 00th.
The sale by public auction of this 37,3 hectare plot of land, with a base value close to 11 million euros, was approved at the extraordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão held on the 7th of August, made possible by the votes in favor of the PS.
