The international magic festival “Lagoa Magic Fest” returns to this municipality on the 5th, 6th and 7th of October and will feature the participation of seven magicians, under the artistic direction of Lagoense and magician Paulo Cabrita.
The first two days of the festival will be dedicated to street magic, in schools and institutions, with shows planned in six locations across the municipality. The event ends with a Grand Gala, at the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, on the 7th in the evening.
On the first day, October 5th, there is magic happening in free popup events, taking place in Estômbar (Jardim), in Parchal (Largo da Che Lagoense) and in Mexilhoeira da Carregação (next to Largo António Joaquim Júdice), at 10:30 am , and at Praia do Carvoeiro (Largo da Praia), in Lagoa (Jardim 5 de Outubro) and in Ferragudo (Largo Rainha D. Leonor, at 16pm.
Lanydrack & Faty (Portugal), Manolo (Venezuela), Naife (Spain), Joshua Kenneth (Spain), Brando y Silvana (Argentina) and Paulo Cabrita will be the magicians who will guarantee these street shows, as well as those of the Grand Gala that will take place at the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, on the 7th, at 21:30 pm.
Tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices of CTT, Fnac, Worten, Auditorium Carlos do Carmo, Centro Cultural Convento de S. José and Balcão Único da Câmara Municipal de Lagoa (20% discount with cultural passport, Lagoa Social card or Rota do Petisco 2023 Passport, available at ticket offices in the Municipality of Lagoa).
