The Vila Real de Santo António City Council, through the Youth Nucleus, will promote the 11st edition of the Youth Festival, in the three parishes of the municipality, on the 12th, 13th and XNUMXth of August.
The Festival takes place as part of the celebrations of the International Youth Day, celebrated on the 12th of August.
There will be three days dedicated entirely to young people, with various sports, nautical, nature, beach games, UrbanART, volunteering, concerts, dj performances, workshops and entrepreneurship actions. The presentation of the festival is in charge of the artist «Possessivo».
Manta Rota beach, in the parish of Vila Nova de Cacela, will be the first location to host the event, between 17 pm and 00 am, with highlights to performances by Joana Lennon and Tiago Lopes (2 pm), Rebel Kidz Crew (00 pm ) and Dj Miax (21:00), at Largo São João da Degola.
FMendez (21:00), Baile Funk – Paredão (22:00) and Dj Jonny V (00:30) are the highlights for the second day of the festival, which takes place in Monte Gordo, between 17 pm and 00 am, on Avenida Marginal (in front of the casino).
On the 13th of August, in Vila Real de Santo António, activities start at 9 am and last until 00 am. The Entrepreneurship Fair (1:00) is one of the highlights, in Jardim da Avenida da República, where Let's Duet (21:00) and Dj Karussa (22:30) will also take to the stage.
In order to ensure the mobility of young people, a free bus line will be available during the three days of the festival, with routes through all the parishes, whose routes and schedules can be consulted here
All initiatives are free entry.
