Bárbara Bandeira, Jorge Palma and a tribute to Abba are the headliners of the Never Ending Summer Festival, which will bring animation, music, gastronomy, art and sport to Albufeira Marina, between the 15th and 17th of September.
One of the great novelties of this year's edition is the move to a new venue. The event will now occupy the new square located in the western part of the Marina, which recently hosted the Hunting, Fishing, Tourism and Nature Fair.
This is where the stage where Bárbara Bandeira and Julinho KSD will go on the first day will be installed. On the 16th of September, Jorge Palma, Ben&Pirates and DJ Wilson Honrado perform.
As in 2022, the year in which the festival had 45 visitors, the third day is once again dedicated to tributes, in charge of ABBA Mia — Tribute to ABBA and Big Up — Reggae Tribute Band.
The public can also enjoy handicrafts and various taverns, street food and sweets, as well as a wine show with a space dedicated to wine tasting, showcooking and presentations.
Sport is another feature of the Never Ending Summer, with sailing, mountain biking, walking and running events.
Also returning is the Classic Car Show, which will occupy part of the Never Ending Summer venue. On the morning of the 17th, the vehicles depart on a tour through the streets of Albufeira.
Never Ending Summer is an initiative by Marina de Albufeira with the aim of bringing the Marina closer to the city and its resident population and, at the same time, promoting the destination to visitors. The message is that, here, summer never ends and there are always attractive ways to experience Albufeira in the different seasons of the year.
