“Coppertone – the free sun exposure” by Ruben Gonçalves, Luis Marques and Bruno Grilo, will be on display to the public at the Praça do Mar Art Gallery, in Quarteira, between the 15th of July and the 26th of August.
According to the Municipality of Loulé, the exhibition brings together three young artists who know each other and who have already developed collaborative work with each other.
Bruno, Luís and Rúben have degrees in Visual Arts from the University of Algarve, in different periods.
“Coppertone” is an exhibition about easy, happy days of reunions before the sun, the beach and the sea: «about all the promises that are sold to us in sun and beach tourism packages, well packaged, bringing us in multitudes to the sandy beaches of the south».
The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Saturday, from 15:00 am to 20:00 pm and from 21:00 pm to 23:00 pm.
The inauguration is scheduled for 18:00 this Friday, July 14th. Curated by Miguel Cheta.
