The Municipality of Lagoa once again promotes the project “Verão Ativo'23”, which consists of Yoga and Zumba classes at Praia Grande, in Ferragudo.
Activities are scheduled at specific times and will take place between July 15th and August 19th.
Yoga classes are on Tuesdays and Saturdays, at 09:00 am, and Zumba classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 18:30 pm.
They are aimed at all citizens and people who are spending summer holidays in Lagoa, allowing them to take physical activity classes, providing a more active, healthy and fun summer.
All classes are free access.
