The HPA Health Group launched a new application “myHPA Health”, with a set of “new features that allow greater flexibility in accessing services”.
Customers of the HPA Saúde Group can now book appointments or exams and have access to their episode history, without leaving home.
According to this private health group, “the application allows you to select favorite doctors, units and agreements; schedule appointments and exams, access the history of episodes; consult test reports and follow news and useful information about the entire HPA Health universe».
In the notifications area, alerts are made available about appointments, exams and reports made. With regard to payments, customers can consult invoices that have already been paid or still to be paid. With the new application, it is also possible to associate descendants with the household and access declarations of presence.
The application is available in online stores Google Play Store for Android and App Store for IOS.
