The 13th Football and Futsal Festival distinguished this Saturday, July 8th, in Sagres, the best sports agents and the best teams at the end of the season.
The event was attended by around 300 people, including Custódio Moreno, Regional Director of the Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth, representing the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, and Rute Silva and Dora Guerreiro, president and councilwoman of Sports of the Municipality of Vila do Bispo, respectively.
These are joined by Clésio Ricardo, president of the Parish Council of Sagres, and Paulo Águas, rector of the University of the Algarve, in addition to Reinaldo Teixeira, president of the Board of the Football Association of the Algarve and other members of the current and former bodies institutions.
In addition to the official regulation awards and extra-regulation distinctions, the gala featured four musical moments by the band Smiles4Coffe and a posthumous tribute to Jorge Veríssimo, former chairman of the Disciplinary Board and member of the AFA Board of Justice.
