Cólera and Razor Kids give concert at Associação Recreativa e Cultural de Músicos in Faro

ARCM wants to keep punk alive

punk rock groups Anger e Razor Kids will give a concert at the Associação Recreativa e Cultural de Músicos, in Faro, on Friday, the 28th of July.

According to ARCM, this concert comes after the great success of the Terror e Devil In Me.

Anger was born in 1979, in Brazil, being a band initially formed by Helinho, Redson, Pierre and Kinno. In 1980, there was a change in the band, which continued with just Redson, Val and Pierre.

On September 27, 2011, the band received the tragic news of Redson's death. But, contrary to expectations, Pierre and Val decided that the band would continue and soon introduced Wendel Barros, who was already part of the so-called “Família Cólera”.

“Ópera do Caos”, a legitimate punk opera, is a record that brings the same urgency that is always present in the punk rock of the Anger, which is one of the most important bands of the style in the world, in addition to incorporating new sounds, such as the presence of metal in the recordings and diverse influences of all the members.

Os Razor Kids, on the other hand, present a punk rock distilled in 2020 with aroma and essence of 1977. Faro, are an original band and already have a few releases, two Split EPs released between 2020/2022 and a Split LP just released in July 2023.

They perform live with an explosive show full of references to good old rock'n'roll.
