Blaya, Bispo and Richie Campbell animate Festival of Colors

Festival starts today and runs until Sunday

Blaya, Bispo and Richie Campbell are the headliners for the 9th edition of the Festival of Colors, which starts today, July 7th, and ends on Sunday, the 9th, at Parque Central, in Vila Nova de Santo André. 

Blaya's concert takes place today at 23:20 pm, Bispo's is scheduled for the 8th at 22:00 pm, and Richie Campbell's for the 9th at 23:15 pm.

Today, the Festival starts with the Porbatuka percussion group (21:00). On this day, the lineup also features the band Funil & Abelhinha (22:00 pm) and DJ, Turntablist and Beatmaker ALLEXIA (1:20 am). Closing out Friday night will be Dj Lady F (2h45).

On Saturday, July 8th, to start warming up, you can participate in the YOURFIT JUMP session (17 pm), a training program that combines explosive music, movements and mini trampolines.

The night begins with a street show of fakirism, body-art and fire by the artist Fakir (21:00), there is also a concert full of good vibes with Banda Jahvai (23:30). Until dawn, festival-goers are in the company of DJs JACK BASS & MR VR (1h15) and special guest Gao Percurssion.

At the Festival das Cores there will also be a Zumba Espuma Party (17h30), on the 9th of July. In the afternoon, the Mistiçu band performs on the secondary stage (17:30 pm) and on the main stage The Pilinha (21:30 pm). Closing out Festival das Cores is Samplart, a hip hop producer whose music is a direct descendant of soul, jazz, blues and fado.

During the three days, on the secondary stage, there is always Sun7 with Dj Make Sense and his good energy.

The biggest summer event in Vila Nova de Santo André also has exhibitions and activities such as graffiti and street art, workshops, street show, crafts, children's space, foam party “ColourParty” and pigment launch.

The 9th edition of the Festival of Colors – Movement for the Arts has free admission and is organized by Associação ArteCorGeração, Santiago do Cacém City Council and Santo André Parish Council.
