The traditional Popular Festivals of São Pedro are back, from June 28th to July 2nd, to Faro.
The parties take place, as usual, in Largo de São Pedro.
In addition to popular music and marches, there will be food stalls and street food.
This initiative of a popular character, has the costumes of the traditional Arraial de Santos Populares, with grilled sardines, snacks and lots of entertainment.
With free entry, the Festas Populares de São Pedro will be open every day, between 18 pm and midnight. On the first day, Saint Peter's Eve, after mass at 00 pm in the church of Saint Peter, there will be a performance by Carlos Neves from Faro.
On the 29th, St. Peter's Day, it's Cristiano Martins' turn, with the special participation of Juvêncio Luyz brightening up the festivities, as well as the performance of the Marcha da Bordeira.
On the 30th, singer Rúben Vargues will take the stage and visitors will be able to witness the performance of the Marcha da ACASO.
On Saturday, the penultimate day of the Festivities of São Pedro, it will be artist David Pedro's turn.
On the last day, popular singer Sandrine will take the stage.
