The Municipality of Silves has recently concluded the contract for repaving the road that connects the site of the former Alicoop to the boundary of the municipality of Silves, in the parish of Silves, Urzais, over a length of 4,5 kilometres.
The value of the work amounted to 550 thousand euros.
«This is a structuring work, whose road connects two municipalities, with a record of strong road traffic, which is part of the more general strategy of gradual rehabilitation of the road network throughout the municipality of Silves», says the municipality.
