Loulé awards construction of 64 homes near Salgema Mine

This project brings together both affordable and supported rentals, in an area that has, according to the Municipality, seen strong growth in recent years.

The construction work for housing units in the Loteamento da Clona, ​​near the Salgema Mine, in Loulé, was awarded this Monday, March 17, by the Loulé Council. 

The work, which will cost 12 million euros, will be carried out by the company Ferreira – Construção, SA, which won the international tender.

The contract will include, in this first phase, 64 dwellings. The intention of the autarchy is 30 to be funded with funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan – PRR.

The construction area is located next to the Salt Mine, next to two schools and a hypermarket.
