Teachers from the Silves Sul School Group will camp, starting this Sunday, March 5, in front of the EB 2,3 School in Armação de Pêra, in a vigil in defense of the public school.
The vigil will start at 18:00 this Sunday and will last until Wednesday, the 8th.
According to the organisation, «during these days, several education professionals volunteered to spend several nights in front of EB 2,3 in Armação de Pêra, camping in tents set up for the purpose».
In the morning, the teachers «will resume their teaching activities, fulfilling, during the day, the timetable and the services assigned to them».
In addition to the camp, during the evenings, starting at 19 pm, there will be moments of interaction between teachers and members of the educational community/civil society.
Some interventions will also be made live on social networks "in order to spread the vigil to many parts of the country and the rest of Europe and the world".
