The book “Slash Forward”, which results from a writing open-call launched by Mákina de Cena, will be presented this Saturday, December 10th, at 15 pm, at Casa do Meio-Dia / Sul, Sol e Sal, in Loulé, with the presence of the members of the jury: Adriana Nogueira, Lídia Jorge and Patrícia Amaral.
A open call had a total of 36 participations from all over the country, with 23 of these texts being selected for printing.
Due to the pandemic, the launch of the book was postponed several times.
The initiative will count with the presence of Adriana Nogueira, regional director of Culture of the Algarve, the writers Lídia Jorge and Patrícia Amaral (Mákina de Cena), as well as most of the authors selected in the national call, in what will be the last event of 2022 organized by Mákina.
This initiative was supported by the Municipality of Loulé, the Garantia Cultura program and the Portuguese Institute for Sports and Youth.
