Moura Encantada will walk through Faro

The XVIII Moura Encantada – Festival of Feminine Tunas in the Algarve is back, on the 11th and 12th of November, to liven up the city of Faro. 

The initiative is organized by Feminis Ferventis – Female Academic Tuna of the University of Algarve.

On the 11th, starting at 22 pm, there will be a night of serenades at the Algarve Regional Museum, with free admission.

On the 12th, starting at 21 pm, there will be a tunas show at the Algarve Regional Conservatory.

This year, there will be four tunas in the competition: the Tôna Tuna – Tuna Feminina Universitária de Bragança, Vibratuna – Tuna Feminina from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Vila Real, TFIST – Tuna Feminina from the Instituto Superior Técnico and TFIPCA – Tuna Female from the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave.

To these are added two more extra-competition tunas: TUFES – Tuna Feminina Scalabitana from the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, Real Tuna Infantina – Tuna Académica Mista from the University of Algarve.
