Arts, urbanism and even a “TikTok Challenge”. The first edition of “Baixa Criativa” takes place this Saturday, November 5, in Faro.
The program includes a “TikTok Challenge”, a dance challenge to be held by “Splash – Escola de Dança”, in the morning, on Rua de Santo António, and a Flash Mob, at 12:00, on Rua Vasco da Gama.
Also urban art will be present in the program with the mural painting by Tom Leamon and the painting of electricity boxes on the theme Typography, by Xavier Franck.
The initiative also includes the activation of the Pop-Up store “Lavandaria”, on Rua Rebelo da Silva, and of the brand “Baixa Criativa” in three vacant stores, on Rua de Santo António.
During the afternoon, at 16:00, at “Lavandaria” (Rua Rebelo da Silva nº 51), there will be a gathering with the invited artists and, at 17:00, to close the program, the “Baixa Criativa” Party will be held. .
This is an initiative of the Associação do Comércio da Baixa de Faro, with the support of the Municipality of Faro and the Union of Parishes of Faro and the partnership between the National Association of Designers, the Pinheiro e Rosa Secondary School, the Splash Dance School and the Gama Rama gallery.
