Portimonense lost 1-0 in the visit to Rio Ave, in a game of the 10th round of the I Football League, played this Monday, October 24th.

The only goal of the match was scored in the first-half added time.

Already reduced to 10 players, due to the expulsion of Moufi at 30′ - much contested by coach Paulo Sérgio -, Portimonense suffered the 1-0 through Boateng.

After a great pass from Samaris, the Rio Ave player entered the penalty area and shot into the back of the net.

With this defeat, the third consecutive one for the championship, Portimonense adds the same 15 points and is in 8th place.

On the next day, the Algarve will host Estoril Praia (on the 30th, at 15:30 pm).
