Praia Grande, in Ferragudo, will host the 19th Sea Race of Lagoa “Jorge Lamy”, which is part of the 15th National Open Water Circuit on the 20th of August, from 9:00 am.
The event consists of a swimming test, in open water, for federated swimmers over 15 years old, counting for the National Open Water Championship.
In addition, it also includes an open water swimming event for federated members aged over 12 years and an open water promotion event for federated children aged between 8 and 11 years.
