The Portimão School of Hospitality and Tourism already has applications open for the Technological Specialization Courses (CET), until July 18.
The application process takes place on an online platform, with the candidate having the possibility to select up to three course options, or School, in order of preference, and for the next academic year, Kitchen Management and Production, Restaurant and Beverage Management and Hotel Management and Accommodation are the courses offered by the School.
According to the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Portimão, the courses aim to «train active leaders in this global change, who know how to assume the responsibility that Tourism has in the reconstruction of societies».
For Ana Paula Pais, Director of Training, «the schools of Turismo de Portugal are today unlimited spaces, nurseries of dreams, helping young people to acquire technical, digital and behavioral skills, which will make them leaders of the companies of the future».
The director also highlights the «innovative» pedagogical approaches of working with customized curricular options, integrating «new areas of personal and creative development, and new content in digital, sustainability, circular economy and team management».
«Our schools have the best conditions for training adjusted to the challenges of the tourism sector and above all to the ambitions and dreams of young people», he concludes.
