The Municipality of Silves signed this Tuesday, June 28, contracts included in the various support programs of the municipality, translated into the allocation of total support from the municipality of 453.357,71 euros, with around eight dozen institutions and associations in the county.
At this ceremony, Rosa Palma, President of the Municipality of Silves, congratulated the communities and institutions for the effort and work that has been carried out together between the Municipality and the various entities present for the continuous improvement of the program contracts, so important for the functioning of the same and their work and performance with the population.
"Stimulating local associations, in the areas of sport, culture, social intervention and youth, supporting the municipality's institutions in the development of their actions is the main objective of this initiative by the Municipality of Silves", says the municipality in a statement.
