The 150th birthday of Ernesto Korrodi, architect of the Hotel Guadiana, will be celebrated with music and literature from the Algarve, on the 29th of May, in Vila Real de Santo António.
The program of celebrations, interrupted during the period of confinement, was resumed this year.
It is in this sense that the city of Leiria, where the Swiss-born architect settled, will host the presentation of “Hotel Anaidaug”, a book by Fernando Pessanha inspired by the history of the Hotel Guadiana, as well as the concert by In Tento Trio, a band of Vila Real de Santo António, composed by the writer and historian Fernando Pessanha, on piano, Pedro Reis, on bass, and Jorge Guedes, on drums.
The events will take place during the afternoon and evening of the 29th of May, at Teatro Miguel Franco, in Leiria.
