Aurora Restaurant, in Loulé, promotes wine dinner curated by sommelier Pedro Martin

Dinner takes place on April 20, at 20:00

The Aurora restaurant, in Loulé, headed by Vítor Veloso, is getting ready to receive a wine dinner, curated by sommelier Pedro Martin, next Wednesday, April 20, at 20 pm. 

Opened in July of last year, Aurora is a restaurant with Portuguese author cuisine, «focusing on local flavors worked in a creative way». Now, for this event, chef Vítor Veloso has prepared an exclusive menu, which will be paired with the choices made by Martin Boutique Wines.

The meal includes artisan bread, Azorean butter and Monterosa olive oil; cured and braised mackerel, tomato and togorachi water, and grilled radishes; peas and citronella vichisoise, crab, muxama and chilli oil; roasted salsify, smoked pork ear, garlic mayonnaise and São Jorge cheese 12 months; lily, broccoli, mushrooms, razor clams and stew broth; empty Black Angus, aubergine, cured egg yolk, black garlic and bimis and, to finish, Madeira Banana, milk chocolate and walnut – all for the cost of €75 per person entitled to pairing of wines.
