The Harune restaurant, from the AP Hotels & Resorts Group, at the AP Eva Senses unit, in Faro, reopened to the public on March 18, with the concept “The Eternal Romantic”.
A new space in the buffet lines, an area reserved for a traditional bakery for breakfast and a cart for the chef's delicacies are the great novelties of the restaurant led by Alberto Carvalho.
In terms of space, the integration of the restaurant with the terrace stands out, creating an esplanade overlooking the Ria Formosa, and a new decoration inspired by «the Ria Formosa, the recognition and pleasure that this restaurant gives us, as well as as in the people of Faro, who have been visiting it for a long time», says architect Ana Castro Alegre, from Arq. For the creative manager, the Harune restaurant is «a space where you want to go and be, nostalgic and pleasant for everyone».
