The Oncological Association of the Algarve (AOA) promotes, on the 22nd of May, the march/race “MOVE. Tavira” who wants to raise awareness of cancer prevention, particularly breast cancer, and raise funds for the AOA.
There will be two courses of 5 and 10 kilometres, starting at Praça da República, in Tavira.
There will also be the option of virtual participation (so that each participant can join the action even if they cannot travel to Tavira), with the possibility of practicing any type of sport.
Registration, through the online form, opens on 18 May.
Shipping via CTT or collection of kits will be from the 29th of April.
The registration locations (according to the opening hours of each location) are: Gymnasium de Tavira, Municipal Pavilion Doutor Eduardo Mansinho and União de Freguesias de Tavira, Gymnasium de Olhão, gymnasium of Faro and AOA headquarters
Those registered will be entitled to a participation kit, kindly sponsored by Taviraverde, for donations equal to or greater than 5 euros.
The kit consists of a canteen, cotton bag and t-shirt.
The contribution attributed by Taviraverde also includes a donation of 2500 euros.
