The Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF) announced today that it will extend the “open house” modality to the whole country, starting next Monday, the 10th, after the success verified at the Lisbon service post.
This regime allows, without prior appointment, the change of credentials (e-mail and password) for access to the SAPA Portal and the ARI Portal.
Thus, in Alentejo, the open house for changing credentials will work at the Évora Delegation and the Portalegre Delegation, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 10:00 am.
In the Algarve, this modality will be applied in the Delegation of Tavira, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 10:00, and in the Delegation of Portimão, with two daily appointments for this matter.
In the north of the country, from Monday to Friday, the open house will work at the CNAIM service post in Porto, from 12:00 to 13:00; at the service desk of the Viana do Castelo Regional Delegation, from 15 pm to 00 pm; and at the headquarters of the Braga Delegation, from 16 am to 00 pm.
In the Center region, the Loja do Cidadão de Coimbra and the Aveiro service center will operate on this basis from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Madeira and the Azores also joined the “open house” modality. Thus, at the Delegation of Ponta Delgada, assistance will be provided for changing credentials on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 09:00 am to 10:30 am, and at the Delegation of Angra do Heroísmo, on Thursdays, from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm.
In the Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Loja do Cidadão do Funchal will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 09:00 am and 10:00 am.
All interested parties must be previously registered on the SAPA Portal.
