Clube Patinagem Albufeira was runner-up in the association competition “Tourneio Planície”, which took place last Saturday, December 11, in Beja, taking second place among the eight teams participating in the competition.
In this tournament, dedicated to athletes from the younger levels (Initiation and Benjamins), Clube Patinagem Albufeira only participated with nine athletes, «carrying out only 12 competitions in two of the three disciplines inherent to the tournament (Solo Dance and Free Skating)», says the club.
The club took advantage of the moment, on its social networks, to thank the athletes "because they were magnificent and filled us with pride" and the technical team, consisting of Célia Busatori, Inês Marques and Bruno Teodósio, "for all their work and dedication ».
This weekend, on the 18th and 19th of December, the Alentejo and Algarve Skating Association and the Albufeira Skating Club will hold the 2021 Skating Cup at the Pavilhão Desportivo de Olhos de Água, with the participation of 13 clubs .
All who wish to participate and attend this event will have to present the Covid-19 Digital Certificate, being mandatory the use of mask throughout the event.
