A delegation led by Rosa Palma, CDU's regional representative, and which included several candidates, including the head of the list Catarina Marques, formalized, on the 15th, the handover to the Judicial Court of the District of Faro from the list of candidates of that coalition to the Legislative Elections of January 30th.
The list presented has 50% of women and involves candidates with intervention in the municipalities of Vila Real de Santo António, Olhão, Faro, São Brás de Alportel, Loulé, Albufeira, Silves, Lagoa, Portimão, Lagos and Vila do Bispo.
In addition, in the opinion of the PCP, it is "a list that reflects the regional reality, namely the sectors of hotels, fisheries, education, health, public administration, higher education, small and medium business , the trade union movement, the associative and popular movement, culture and other expressions existing in the region».
It is also "a list of men, women and young people committed to the fight for a better life and who will intervene in order to guarantee the election of a CDU deputy for the Algarve and to affirm an alternative policy for the region and the country."
