DiVaM invites you to be “Archaeologist for a Day” and listen to “Este Fado que unites us”

Being an “Archaeologist for a Day” in the Roman Ruins of Milreu, or listening to “Este Fado que Une nos”, in the Chapel of Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe, in Raposeira (Vila do Bispo) are proposed for the 6th and 7th of November, of the DiVaM program.

On the 6th, the Roman Ruins of Milreu will host two activities integrated in the cycle PA`mim, PA`ti… Heritage, a project that aims to provide new perspectives on Milreu's heritage, with a special focus on the inclusion of different groups. Starting at 10:30 am, the workshop “Archaeologist for a Day!” will take place, aimed at the general public, and the workshop for creating a promotional video.

The project is coordinated by Fátima Cardoso and is promoted by Lais de Guia – Cultural Association of Maritime Heritage.

The Chapel of Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe will host the project “Este Fado que unites us”, this Sunday, November 7th, at 16 pm, an initiative of ACREMS – Associação Cultural and Recreativa Escola Música Sambrasense.

This is a musical performance that brings together the ensemble of musicians from the São Brás de Alportel Philharmonic Band, with their wind and percussion instruments from very different origins, to the voice of Inês Cruz and the Portuguese guitar of Ricardo Martins.
