The Chamber of Faro hired 34 new employees, reinforcing the Sapadores Fire Brigade and School Groupings in the municipality.
18 of the 34 new employees are for the Sapadores de Faro. 15 of them were recruits.
In addition to these, they also signed an employment contract with the Municipality of Faro 11 new operational assistants (to carry out functions in the areas of cooking and educational action, namely in the council's school clusters, and a light car driver), two technical assistants (for the João de Deus School Group and the Sports and Youth Division) and three senior technicians (in the areas of Management, Law and Municipal Civil Protection Service).
According to the Chamber of Faro, this “reinforcement of staff, under an indefinite employment contract, aims to fill in the lack of human resources and provide the necessary answers to the challenging times we are living in, namely in the areas of Education and Civil Protection”.
