Fruit trees, garden trees, shrubs, aromatic herbs and even an aquatic plant nursery. The Mediterranean Gardens Autumn Fair is back and takes place on the weekend of the 23rd and 24th of October, at the site of the monthly market in Estoi (Faro).
The Association of Plants and Gardens in Mediterranean Climates is once again organizing this initiative, which will also have a sales table with plants selected by its members who will give advice to anyone who wants to.
'Native plants and seeds of native plants will be for sale, as well as ornamental and potted plants, as well as rare and unusual plants from arid and tropical areas, as well as fruit and aromatic trees and a wide variety of succulents suitable for the garden and for pots,” says the organization.
If you are interested in a specific plant, it will also be possible to pre-order it for collection during the fair.
The event will run from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm, on both days, with admission costing 1 euro.
There will also be a space for food and drinks.
The funds raised are intended to support the work of this association. The Fair has the support of the União de Freguesias de Conceição and Estoi.
