Farense draws XNUMX goals with Benfica B

Direct red to Abner

Farense drew 2 goals (2-6) with Benfica B, this tomorrow, in a game of the XNUMXth round of the II Liga, held at Estádio Algarve.

On the red side, the goals were scored by Cher Ndour (2 minutes) and Henrique Araújo (13 minutes), but the Algarve managed to respond, through Cristian Ponde, in the 21st minute and Loide Augusto, in the 48th minute.

Thus, Cristian Ponde (apparently in an irregular position) submitted a cross from the left side of the attack in the small area, scoring the first goal for Farense.

The marker would change at the beginning of the second half, when Loide Augusto crossed from the right lane, Pedro Henrique hit the ball (without touching it) and it went inside the goal entrusted to Samuel Soares (2-2 at 48 ′).

The game was agitated towards the end: at 85′ Abner was sent off (straight red) for Farense, due to a tough challenge on Umaro Embaló.

In added time, the Algarvians, in a dead ball, hit the right post of the goal, but Benfica B did not fall behind, with Ronaldo Camará firing from mid-range and hitting the bar. Exciting end, with a tie (2-2) prevailing.

Benfica B is in third place, while Farense is in 16th position.

Estádio Algarve was the stage for the match between Farense and Benfica B, counting for the 6th round of Liga 2, due to the poor condition of the pitch at the Estádio de São Luís.
