According to the Chamber of Lagos, the report of the 18th edition, which accompanied the proposal approved by the Chamber, contains the conclusions of the assessment of physical and functional fitness carried out at two different times to the participants, which indicate improvement in four of the six components evaluated, demonstrating the validity of the project in the sense of reversing the effects of confinement on users and combating the loss of functional abilities that are characteristic of aging.

The monitored population, with a mean age of 72 years, was evaluated on indicators such as strength (upper and lower), flexibility (lower and arms), reaction speed and cardiovascular balance and endurance.

At a Chamber meeting, the municipal executive set the conditions for participation in the project's next season and approved the draft of the protocols to be signed, once again, with the county's sports clubs, which provide their sports technicians to teach the maintenance.
