The 28th edition of the “Algarve Classic Cars” started this Friday, August 27th, with the participation of 150 cars from other times, coming from several European countries.
This initiative is organized by Portugal Classic, together with the Clube Português de Automóveis Antigos, and has the support of the municipalities of São Brás de Alportel, Loulé, Monchique and Albufeira, from the Algarve Tourism Board, as well as a number of companies among which Starsul, Murganheira, Solverde, Vila Vita Parc and Viborel.
The “Algarve Classic Cars” will pass through locations such as Vilamoura, Armação de Pêra (Silves), Algarve International Autodrome (Portimão), Porches (Lagoa) or São Brás de Alportel.
In this town, cars promise to liven up the main artery of São Brás.
«True relics of four wheels will park in front of the São Brás Cineteatro and walk through the town in an invitation to a journey through the evolution of the automobile industry worldwide», says the São Brás city council in a press release.
The event will comply with the guidelines and recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health and adopt all the most advanced health safety measures, in order to provide a high-quality experience to participants, partners, sponsors and the public.
