The application period for the attribution of 40 houses under the Agreed Rent Regime, in the parish of Paderne, will be open for 15 working days, between the 13th of September and the 1st of October.
The program, under which 20 T2 and 20 T3 houses will be allocated, seeks to respond to the needs of the citizens who, «not being able to integrate in supported lease programs, do not have access to any type of social response».
"This is a regime applicable to dwellings owned by the municipality, which are intended to be rented at prices lower than the average prices charged in the private rental market," explained the municipality.
"Households that meet an effort rate between 15% and 45%" can benefit from this program.
Interested parties must register exclusively online, by submitting the form available on the municipality's portal.
