Luciano Guerreiro Rafael, 43 years old, was appointed, on July 14th, as director of the organic unit Fortaleza de Sagres and of the Chapel of Our Lady of Guadalupe, after the conclusion of the international tender procedure and in accordance with the jury's proposal. The designation was signed by Adriana Freire Nogueira, regional director of Culture of the Algarve.
With a degree in Financial Management, a postgraduate degree in Administration and Regional Development, attending a postgraduate course in Intangible Heritage, Luciano Rafael is the Senior Technician of this regional department, where he held, on a substitute basis, the same position he now occupies, on commission, for a period of three years, renewable twice for the same period.
